Responsibilities
- Define the Year 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the technical strategy to ensure readiness for our 2026 product launches, integrating emerging technologies like Quantum AI and Edge Computing.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Manage a cross-functional team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence, autonomy, and continuous innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for novel technologies, evaluating their feasibility and potential impact on our core products.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient software architectures capable of handling massive data throughput and complex computations.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and senior engineers alike, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Distributed Systems; familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts is a plus.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with extensive experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
