Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Leadership & Vision: Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid prototyping.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies in neuromorphic computing and distributed ledger systems.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI models into existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring zero-latency performance.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, aligning development goals with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with Qiskit or similar quantum frameworks is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments.
