Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies, including neural interfaces, advanced predictive algorithms, and edge computing.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to define long-term technical roadmaps aligned with the company’s 2026 strategic goals.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all global infrastructure.
- Drive architectural decision-making processes, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to prevent technical debt.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or hands-on technical role.
- Expert proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in building and maintaining large-scale machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or advanced edge computing protocols is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
