Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing frameworks designed to scale for 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Vision: Lead the technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (GenAI, Neuro-symbolic AI) to integrate into our core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system architecture to ensure maximum efficiency, low latency, and robust security for complex data models.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and researchers to translate experimental models into production-ready applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across product and business units.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced edge computing architectures is highly preferred.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing resilient, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Architect certification is a plus.
