Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI-Quantum integration projects targeting deployment in 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures that leverage hybrid quantum-classical computing models.
- Prototype Development: Build and validate high-performance prototypes for next-generation machine learning algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and guide junior researchers in advanced AI and quantum computing best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and security teams to ensure ethical implementation of new technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Represent the engineering department in high-level strategic meetings and technology acquisition discussions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle ambiguous problems and innovate solutions for the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
