Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models and quantum algorithms for enterprise applications.
- Lead the R&D strategy for future technologies, specifically focusing on the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI into core product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability for global clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think abstractly about future systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
