Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Enhanced AI Models: Design and implement machine learning algorithms that leverage quantum supremacy to solve complex optimization problems.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers in exploring post-silicon computing architectures and neuromorphic hardware integration.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product lines, ensuring we are ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and edge computing.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy proof-of-concept systems for clients, demonstrating tangible value from quantum-augmented workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and industry partners to stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in quantum mechanics and synthetic biology.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders at all levels.
