Responsibilities
- Architect scalable neural networks optimized for post-silicon and neuromorphic hardware environments.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem release.
- Collaborate with quantum algorithm researchers to optimize inference models for next-gen processors.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in the development of autonomous decision-making systems.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for ethical AI, safety protocols, and interpretability.
- Present complex architectural visions to executive stakeholders and global investors.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product launches.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic computing is highly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong background in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch ecosystems.
