Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning systems.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to assess feasibility and market impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
