Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable software architectures that leverage emerging AI and machine learning paradigms.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technology vision and roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives for the upcoming years.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing interfaces, Advanced NLP) and prototype solutions to enhance our product offerings.

- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural designs, and ensure system security and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive projects from conception to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
