Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 vision, focusing on disruptive innovations.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies, including AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technological concepts into business value.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of next-generation hardware and software systems.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, software engineering, or AI research.
- Proven history of successfully leading innovative projects from concept to market launch.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Cognitive Computing architectures.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and future uncertainties.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
