Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market trends.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Oversee the integration of advanced AI models and autonomous systems into core business operations.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and fostering a spirit of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Management: Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies, specifically focusing on scalability and security for the 2026 ecosystem.

Qualifications
