Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for 2026-ready products.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR) to drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach a high-performance engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance across all platforms.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in modern languages (JavaScript, Python, Go) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior developers.
