Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Nexus Future Labs' 2026 product line.
- Lead the design and development of scalable AI-driven systems and neural networks.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into our core products.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic visions into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance at a global scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is a plus.
