Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Edge Computing, Quantum protocols).
- Architect scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental technologies and prototype implementations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Experience with futuristic stacks, including WebGL, WebGPU, or Rust for high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
