- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging trends.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation systems, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core products.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) for adoption.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives and roadmap planning.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and modern software architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical vision into business value.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
