Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate a comprehensive technical vision and strategic roadmap aligned with our long-term business goals.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core product lines.
- Tech Foresight: Evaluate, prototype, and assess emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI) for future implementation.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering teams in adopting futuristic architectural patterns and agile methodologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership to translate technical vision into business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical strategies (3-5 year horizon).
- AI Expertise: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Model (LLM) architecture and deployment.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong command of cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
