The Role
You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core product suite. We are building the infrastructure for the year 2026, and we need a leader who can see what comes next.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance systems using next-gen technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into our consumer and enterprise platforms.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct research and POCs on emerging tech stacks to ensure our platform remains future-proof.
- Manage technical debt and ensure code quality standards for long-term maintainability.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for strategic partnerships and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems on tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
