Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems with 2026 deployment targets
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing and blockchain
- Collaborate with global teams to develop sustainable tech frameworks
- Pioneer human-AI interaction paradigms for enhanced productivity
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovations in autonomous systems
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology (post-2020)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of launching at least one disruptive tech product
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience securing $10M+ in future-tech funding
- Fluency in at least one quantum computing platform (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
