- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investor coalitions
- Secure patents and protect intellectual property for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging tech ethics and implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures or synthetic biology
- Certification in emerging tech ethics frameworks (IEEE/ISO)
- Experience securing $10M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Mastery of agile development for complex systems integration
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
