Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, IoT, and biotech applications
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential and create implementation strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for high-priority projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps and strategic innovation frameworks
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
