Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing integration, and decentralized systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in biotech, nanotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/metaverse)
- Published research or patents in next-gen computing or AI systems
- Proven track record of scaling experimental projects to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
