- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-disciplinary innovation team
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: AI, quantum, AR/VR, sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
