Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic tech innovations to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies and adaptive methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in future-focused R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or carbon-neutral systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals (2000-2023) preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members during hypergrowth phases
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies deployed at enterprise scale
