Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and autonomous systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and biometric security frameworks
- Drive commercialization of lab-scale innovations through agile development cycles
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market disruption goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech methodologies and ethical implementation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing and synthetic biology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven scaling of lab-to-market products
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence fields
- Track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience managing 50+ person multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted US/international patents
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design tools
