Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives for 2026-2030 market horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
