Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum-resistant algorithms and AI ethics frameworks
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through investor pitches and grant applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental prototyping
- Collaborate with UN Future Tech Task Force on global sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record launching commercialized AI or quantum solutions
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
