Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing sustainable AI frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging quantum and biotech innovations
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future-tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in quantum computing or generative AI
- Proven track record launching technologies with 7-figure revenue impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Certification in AI Ethics or Sustainable Technology Design
- Experience securing government grants for experimental research
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three patented innovations
