Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation roadmap for 2026+ technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Architect and oversee implementation of next-gen digital transformation initiatives
- Partner with VPs of Engineering, Product, and Research to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive cross-functional execution of pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Present tech innovation strategy to board and executive stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation/strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech solutions (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Deep understanding of tech convergence trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- Experience with enterprise-level digital transformation
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and finance
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI)
