Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record launching category-defining products (e.g., AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with futurist certification
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI safety)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations with $10M+ commercial impact
