Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending immersive platforms
- Secure $10M+ in federal grants for ethical AI research initiatives
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT on next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present innovations at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech through our Nexus Fellowship Program
- Drive commercialization of lab-to-market innovations with Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record of commercializing at least 3 patented technologies
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge architectures
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants ($5M+ total)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Speaking engagements at top-tier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
