Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 24027, IEEE 7000)
- Strong background in sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
