Responsibilities
- Architect and execute R&D roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum-ML integration and biodegradable electronics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI researchers, hardware engineers, and sustainability specialists
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 tech incubators
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and carbon-negative data centers
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab through agile transformation and rapid prototyping cycles
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite stakeholders and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI with 8+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 patented technologies with >$10M ARR
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and circular economy principles
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Security clearance eligibility for federal innovation projects (preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration (required)
