- Lead strategic R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with 2026 market projections
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $1M+ annual budgets
- Lead patent development for breakthrough technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to industry consortiums and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record launching products with 7-figure ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic consulting background with Fortune 500 clients
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
