- Mentor next-generation engineers in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services and Google TensorFlow
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related advanced field required
