- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech manufacturing and energy-efficient data centers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proof design thinking
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R/Java)
