- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling business cases
- Drive patent development for breakthrough proprietary technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing government grants or venture capital for R&D
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust preferred)
