Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable tech prototypes with measurable environmental impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through our internal Future Skills Academy
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Certification in Sustainable Technology or equivalent environmental tech credentials
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
