Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging trends such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum integration.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and vet new technologies, ensuring they align with our security and performance standards.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor senior engineers on best practices for future-proof coding.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and the ability to integrate predictive models into core systems.
