Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for Nexus Future Labs, focusing on AI evolution and futuristic infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture design for scalable systems capable of supporting next-gen computational loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing prototypes) into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies for novel technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects with clear deliverables.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
