Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026 technology landscape including quantum-integrated systems and AI-driven automation
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to deliver breakthrough products
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech integration in energy, healthcare, and urban planning
- Drive R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budget allocation for emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Maintain thought leadership through industry publications and conference keynotes
- Mentor junior architects and establish departmental innovation standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech architecture with proven experience in quantum computing or AI systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies deployed at enterprise scale
- Expertise in ethical AI development and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $20M and teams of 50+ engineers
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain one
