Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 product vision, aligning with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using next-gen frameworks and emerging protocols.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) development for emerging technologies to validate feasibility and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, and Engineering to integrate futuristic solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and system interoperability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or product development.
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
