Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Vision, aligning technology strategy with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of high-scale, distributed systems, focusing on microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Oversee system performance, security, and scalability to support future growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
