Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance architectures for AI, Quantum computing, and Spatial Computing integrations.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product lifecycle, identifying emerging technologies and potential disruption points.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and research initiatives focused on 'Future Tech' trends, including neural interfaces and autonomous systems.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions meet rigorous security standards and regulatory requirements for future tech deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Skills: Proven experience with AI/ML model integration, Blockchain, or Quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and align them with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
