Role Overview:
You will serve as the bridge between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our roadmap for 2026 is executable, innovative, and scalable. You will collaborate with quantum physicists, AI ethicists, and product designers to build a cohesive technological ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our upcoming technological suite, aligning technical capabilities with business goals and market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging tech stacks, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to translate complex concepts into actionable development plans.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure code quality, security, and scalability.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading technical strategy or roadmap development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Neural Networks, or Augmented Reality.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
