Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead the architecture of distributed systems capable of handling quantum-ready data processing.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to determine feasibility for production.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance standards are met across all global infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
