Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Architect complex, distributed systems that can handle millions of requests with low latency.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technology assessments to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrated experience in designing systems for high availability, security, and performance.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
