Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing architectures designed to meet the demands of the 2026 technology landscape.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D teams to define technical strategies, timelines, and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Optimize Generative AI: Oversee the integration and refinement of large language models and generative AI agents to enhance product capabilities.
- Ensure Security & Ethics: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and guide junior developers in adopting cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- System Scalability: Architect cloud-native solutions that can handle exponential growth in data processing and user traffic.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Deep passion for emerging technologies and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
