Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 product lines, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Design system architectures that are prepared for the transition to quantum computing environments.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core business operations.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of legacy systems while deploying next-gen microservices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest technical standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to rigorous security protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, edge computing, and emerging quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, high-stakes technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical vision to non-technical audiences.
