- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure high-level system architectures for our flagship AI products.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and design to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D Integration: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for bleeding-edge technologies to ensure seamless integration into production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) integration strategies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term product lifecycles and technology trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
